Laurel Sealing Wax Bundle

Art by Kathryn Hastings & Co.

Introducing Laurel, a sealing wax named after the beautiful nymph of Greek and Roman mythology, known as Daphne in Greek mythology and as Laurel in Roman mythology. She was an embodiment of victory, honor, and distinction.

The story goes that Laurel was pursued by the god Apollo, but she refused his advances and sought the help of the gods. They transformed her into a laurel tree, which then became sacred to Apollo. Since then, the laurel wreath has been a symbol of victory, honor, and recognition.

Inspired by Laurel's story, this sealing wax comes in a beautiful shade of laurel green, representing growth, prosperity, and victory. The color is rich and vibrant, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to your letters or invitations.

This wax set includes 7 wax seal sticks, that can either be used with a low-temp glue gun or a melting wax spoon.

Each stick is 4" long, and is made of a durable, yet flexible wax that can withstand the mail. To ensure delivery, I always recommend hand cancelling or using an outer envelope.
