You must use Numbers or Excel programs to compile your recipient addresses. Do not send in addresses in Word documents or as PDF files. Please separate each name, address, city, state and zip code into separate cells on the same row. We suggest all addresses should be fully typed out instead of using abbreviations. We are unable to update abbreviations or make any changes to your spreadsheet. Please note that your first two proofs are free and each additional proof is $25.
