Smith is the owner and designer behind Textiles by SMITH. She earned her degree in Apparel and Textile design from The University of Alabama. Upon graduating in 2009, Smith launched her contemporary clothing line, by SMITH. It was carried in upscale boutiques across the country and internationally. After 7 successful years in fashion, Smith pivoted the brand into the world of textiles. Travis & Company in Atlanta and Supply Showroom in Austin represent her line of fabric. Smith lives in Birmingham with her husband, toddler, and golden doodle.
